my mp3 shuffler stumbled upon this song on my last drive to alex! i couldn't stop laughing...
i mean celine and barbara have great voices, and they perform it with genuine passion... but the lyrics are rather weak and like my sis says "togareya"
Hello insomniac, Actually you are not being cynical. Every time I listen to that song I think that it should come with a disclaimer clause. That this song represents the personal views of the authors and its words shouldn’t be taken seriously. You are right; it is all about Celine’s & Barbra’s performances. but I think any song is all about the melody and the performance even if it is just “rayan ya fegl” ;) I am searching for a new set of songs any suggestions :) Have a nice day

come on now :) i am big on words...
but to be fair, the first thing that attracts me to a song is the music, then the voice, this is when i start listening...
i think words are the character you get to know, once you're done with the looks and style :))
i can recommend a million songs, i only need to know which mood you're in!
