My Secret Wishes, Again

So a couple of years ago my aunt gave me a little advice to write down my wishes and say a little prayer everyday for them to come true. She also suggested that I should lit a candle for a Saint Antonio. But given that I didn't really believe in the candle part I ignored it and wrote my secret wishes here.

I prayed for them to come true everyday. Well to be honest, I prayed for them to come true in order. My wishes were S, E, I, M, H. By the "S" being the best case scenario, "E" second best and so forth.

But with every new day in the last couple of years one of these wishes became impossible to happen. The "H" became a nightmare, the "M" was already impossible and the "I" turned out to be the biggest mistake in my life. And to be honest, I was happy that I had the two best case scenarios left.
But apparently I was mistaken again to think that life would give me something that I think I need.

The "E" & the "S" were taken too.

And here I am back to my favorite square zero.

I don't even have a thing to wish for ...

    One thing I learned is to hope/wish for something and then let it go ... with this you have given it to higher beings.

    It is a beautiful day in Cairo. And it will be a summer like week :)

    So, isa you will be enjoying the sun and re-charging before getting back to freezing swis.

    I will try your trick. I will let my hopes/ wishes go. I have a feeling it will work.

    And I always say that life is just like taxis in Cairo, they are always available when someone else is offering a ride.
